We do not offer refunds.
- Exchanges or store credit are available within 5 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In the same condition you received them
🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit unless the item is defective due to our error:

- Candles
- Jewelry
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or offer store credit.
📦How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:

- Include your order number and a photo of the item (if defective).
- Wait for approval before sending the item back.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
